By booking our studio, you agree to comply with Monti Studio’s Terms & Conditions as stated below:

 

Booking

  • The allocated booking time is inclusive of set-up, test shoot, makeup and post-shoot, clean up etc. The hirer is to hand over the studio punctually in the original condition, at the end of the session.

  • Extension and postponement of booking session(s) is subjected to availability.

  • Full payment applies even if the booking session ends earlier than the allocated booking slot.

  • Bookings are made on a first come first serve basis hence tentative bookings are not allowed.

  • Once the booking is confirmed, amendments to shorten booking periods are subject to Management purview.

  • A cleaning charge of $150 applies to all bookings.

  • A security deposit of $300/$500 (based on kitchen-studio) of the price applies to all bookings, refundable upon good care of space.

  • Management reserves the right to cancel booking without any prior notice.

Terms of Payment

  • All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars.

  • We accept payment via Bank Transfer, Cheque or PayNow only.

  • We are not liable for any bank charges for fund transfers. The Hirer shall bear the full cost of such charges.

  • To confirm the booking, 100% payment is to be made, along with $300/$500 (based on kitchen-studio) refundable security deposit and a $150 cleaning charge.

  • Additional hours beyond booked time will be charged or deducted from the security deposit thereafter.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • In the case of a no-show, the cost of rental will not be refunded. Only the security deposit ($300/$500 - based on kitchen-studio) and cleaning fee ($150) will be refunded.

  • If the booking is shortened and notice is given within 24 hours of confirmation, a refund of the extra hours will be provided.

  • If the notice to shorten the duration of the booking is given after 24 hours of confirmation, there will be no refund of the extra hours.

  • An admin fee of $100 will be charged should there be any postponement of the date of booking after confirmation.

  • Postponement of the date and time of the booking depends on the availability of the studio.

  • A full refund will be provided if we are given 21 days notice should there be a cancellation of the booking.

  • A refund of 50% will be provided if the booking is cancelled within 21 days of the booking date.

  • No refund will be provided if notice of cancellation is given less than 1 week of the booking date.

Use of Studio & Equipment

  • You acknowledge receiving the studio / equipment from us in a good, clean and perfectly working condition unless specified in the equipment / studio details. We will not guarantee, assume responsibility or make any claims of the performance of the equipment once it is passed on to the hirer.

  • The studio / equipment should be used with care and respect. The hirer should not in any way repair or materially alter the physical makeup of the equipment/studio.

  • At the end of the booking session, the studio / equipment should be returned to us in the same condition you received it. All garbage disposed and all equipment returned to their respective areas of the studio. Should there be damages or additional clean-up involved for the equipment / studio, the hirer shall be held responsible and the corresponding maintenance fees will be charged accordingly. 

  • Monti Studios is not liable for any loss, damage of personal belongings or any personal injuries of the hirer or their guests during the use of the studio/ equipment.

Non-Compliance Charges

  • Triggering of the fire alarm without a valid reason ( $300 )

  • Police activated ( $300 )

  • No pets allowed in the studio.

  • No smoking allowed in the studio.

  • No moving of our plants outside of the studio.

  • No removing of our fixtures such as curtains, cupboards, shelving etc.

  • You are allowed to shift the furniture out of the studio should you require more space, however, all furniture must be shifted back to its original position upon handover of the studio to us.

  • Furniture must not remain outside along the corridor overnight.

  • The upstairs is restricted access only. Do not enter.

  • Please do not consume any food or beverage belonging to Monti Studios found in the fridge, cupboards or kitchen. These food items are used as props and are inedible.

  • Please restore our studio to its original condition when your booking ends.
