Weekday Hourly rate : $125/hour (Monday - Thursday)

Weekend Hourly rate : $150/hour (Friday - Sunday)

Security Deposit: $300

Studio ARCADIA

Weekday Hourly rate : $200/hour (Monday - Thursday)

Weekend Hourly rate : $225/hour (Friday - Sunday)

Security Deposit: $500

Payment

  • 100% payment must be made upon booking along with cleaning fee and security deposit (refundable upon good care of space) to secure the date.

  • All payment is to be made within 7 days of date of invoice.

Cleaning Fee & Security Deposit

  • Cleaning fee applies for all bookings.

  • 100% payment must be made upon booking along with a refundable security deposit to secure the date.

  • The security deposit will be refunded upon good care of space after the event.

  • In case of a no-show, the security deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded. The cost of rental will not be refunded.

AMENDMENT
(EVENT DURATION SHORTENED)

If amended within 24 hours of booking - No charge

If amended after 24 hours - No refund

POSTPONEMENT

If postpone from anytime till 21 days before event date - No charge

No postponement allowed with less than 21 days to the event.

Cancellation

If cancelled within 24 hours of booking - Full refund

If cancelled from anytime till 21 days before event date - 50% refund

  • Refund of security deposit and $150 cleaning fee.

If cancelled with less than 7 days to the event - No refund

REFUND

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of booking.

A full refund of the security deposit will only be provided if the studio is returned in its original condition.

Any damages, missing items, and breaching of terms and conditions will forfeit the full security deposit.

Any damages that require repair & maintenance services will be chargeable at cost price, subject to Monti Studio’s discretion on top of the security deposit.
